Her first national publication was at the age of thirteen; from humble beginnings in rural Montana, Patricia Grabow was destined for more. Only a decade later, Ms Grabow was socializing with heads of state in Washington D.C.
Patricia became mother of two sons, mixing with the powerful and rich because, at the time, she helped nurture the career to a national news correspondent. The kindness of her own father had not prepared her for the devastating heartbreak of spousal emotional abuse. She literally escaped and married again this time to a wildlife biologist. She had it all---her sons, adventure, life aboard a sailboat, a Bachelor's Degree from the University of Washington and support from her husband who was earning a Masters Degree in sea bird studies.
Then, the that catalyst effected a change in her life at thirty-eight years old, synthesized a lifetime of experience. She was seduced by an old boyfriend whose dark motive were not revealed until she had lost everything. It happened at once. First an affair that killed her spirit and hurt those around her and a then a clinical death in London. It was finally too much. Salvation in a time of abject despair came from the gentle beginnings of guidance from a spiritual source. Patricia was at the brink of suicide. She was guided to a long and unexpected path to begin automatic writing.
She was willing to do whatever the writings told her because she simply had nothing left to lose. Much to her surprise, the writing told of past lives and her need at the time to become a channel for books to help others through difficult times in the next century much as she was being helped. The books began to write themselves and she was gently led to people, places, and events that would ultimately provide support for this important work. She was pregnant with her third child, but followed faithfully the guidance who was given by the Source that ultimately led to the writing of the second and third books in this trilogy. They were both her salvation and an intended guidebook for humanity.
The writings said that she was chosen because she had had many opportunities for power and had never abused it in her lifetime. She channeled the first book with the help of those who became dear friends, Barbara McCormick and the Bruce and Charlotte MacArthur, and completed the dictation of the first book while in labor with her son. Then she channeled the second book. After it was completed, Barbara died and the writing led the grieving Patricia back to Alaska. She found and learned forgiveness and finally understood why her life evolved as it had.
